I booked her yesterday for 11:30 AM. I got a text message from operator at 11:25 AM that she is still sleeping; call the number provided and reschedule for 1:00 PM. Then I got another text from the operator again saying that she is still not available so I rescheduled again for 1:30 PM. Called at 1:30 and was told that she is not picking up her phone; he said that something happened to her dog and he doesn't know when she will be available. I said fine and that I will try again tomorrow. Booked her today at 3:00. Called at 3:02 and the operator said that I was flagged as a no show and so the appointment is not honor and then hung up. At first, I thought that I that my call got cut off so I called back. He said that the company does not want to do business with anyone that did not have the courtesy to call and cancel and was about to hang up on me again. So I quickly said that it was her who didn't show up for 3 appointments. He finally understood what happened but he said that I am still flagged at a no-show and that there is nothing he can do about it.

Terrible experience, but not her fault. I booked online and received a confirmation of the booking. The confirmation included a number to call on arrival. When I called, some guy answered and he had no idea what I'd booked (who, where, when...nothing). I repeated the details of my booking to him and he said someone would call me back. To their credit somebody did call me back. It was another man, with instructions to drive another few km to a different location, where there would be a different girl available. I asked if Sin was available (she should be since I was able to book her) and was told that she wasn't. I explained that the online booking and confirmation process seemed pretty much useless. They didn't confirm an appointment. They only confirmed they knew what I tried to book. Useless. Anyways, they mislead me and caused me to drive 40km for no reason. The guy on the phone said "I'm sorry". Shitty. guess how satisfied I am.
