You can use your cell phone’s text messaging system; you can use your MSN messenger account, or your Yahoo messenger account. We’re not stuck on a live voice connection. If we’ve not mentioned a method you’d like to employ… then talk to us. If we can, we’ll look at integrating that mode of communication into our current roster too.

Finally…We’re Not Perfect
Life presents us all with unexpected circumstances. Please!…talk to us if you feel our circumstances ended up impacting your experience. Honestly, we’re not above saying “we’re sorry”, and we’ll do what we can to make things right if we’ve fallen down during your visit. We can’t change what we don’t know. So, don’t sit on that complaint…let us know how you feel. We’re always open to listening to reasonable concerns from our guests. Just talk to us and share your concerns. We’ll listen.
